Beautiful views from the river-view rooms. The staff were genuinely friendly. The only downside was the underground parking entry, a bit challenging for larger vehicles, but overall our stay was very enjoyable.

The location is great and brilliant with a private parking under the hotel.

Clean and bright room with jacuzzi bathroom and a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Perfect decor with modern furnishing. Very central location, at a short distance from Burgos Museum. Found in a pretty comfortable area not far from located in a leafy avenue and Plaza Mayor, Cathedral and Arco de Santa Maria and Burgos Cathedral.

Location really close to the historic centre, and central square. For tea or coffee visit Bar Alvaro nearby.

Functional room with a comfortable bed, good service. Peaceful and decent location to Arco de Santa Maria. Downtown area short walk to the centre of burgos.

A little rude staff!

The location near the Cathedral enhances the experience. Easy access to the river adds to the charm. The room feels modern with good amenities like a tv and clean sheets. Air conditioning is problematic. It either heats or cools, leading to discomfort on hot days. The breakfast selection, though decent, feels limited for the price, especially when nearby cafes offer more value. Parking is quite the challenge, with steep entry ramps that may damage larger vehicles. Nice accommodations, but improvements in temperature control and parking access would greatly enhance the stay.

Very nice, well-kept hotel in a prime location! The bed was excellent, the room and bathroom very spacious and very tastefully decorated. I can fully recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great, the rooms clean and nice. The whole house smelled very good. The staff was very friendly.

The visit was primarily to explore Burgos Cathedral, which was conveniently only a short walk away, alongside plenty of dining options. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and I appreciated having hot breakfast available to kickstart the day. The underground parking was closed for cleaning, causing a bit of confusion as we had to find public parking instead.

Very nice, modern and stylish designer hotel in an old building. We noticed the good smell in the whole hotel! Breakfast buffet good and plentiful. Ideal location 2min from the cathedral. The garage requires some courage when going down but it works!

As in many designer hotel rooms, there is a lack of hooks to hang something!

Despite a cold temperature, the air conditioning was turned on by the staff, a change to heat was not possible, remedy was a stove, the house is very noisy both from the hallway as well as from the adjoining rooms
